Summer League competition "Heats" up in Miami with signing of several undrafted players

Two recent additions to Miami's Summer League team will try to oust somebody on the roster through superior basketball IQ and determination.

With no draft picks in 2016, the Miami Heat have a clean slate for undrafted players to prove scouts wrong by not selecting them last week. In the NBA, the pick-and-rolls sets demand high basketball IQ, as well as athletic ability. What these guys lack in raw skills, could translate better in today's sophisticated NBA schemes, instead of being only the biggest and strongest kid in college.
