Dwyane Wade posted a video to Instagram that essentially announced that he will be returning to the Miami Heat.
In the video Wade narrates “Heat Lifer baby. My city. My home. My house.”
Wade will re-sign with the Heat on a one-year, $20 million deal, according to the Associated Press. The overall feeling Wednesday was positive, with the Heat confident that Wade would re-sign. They reportedly offered him two deals–a one-year deal near the max and multi-year deal worth less per year. Wade thought it over, and decided to take the most money now.
