The Chicago Bulls foolishly fired Tom Thibodeau on Thursday, but could the Cavaliers take advantage of this?
All season long we heard two very similar narratives for two extremely different coaches. While Cleveland Cavaliers fans heard about David Blatt’s job being on the line in his first season, Chicago Bulls fans not that far away were hearing the same thing about Tom Thibodeau.
The big difference between the two was that Blatt was in his first year with the Cavaliers while Thibs was one of the winningest coaches in the NBA as far as his tenure with the Bulls was concerned.
