History will be made Thursday night when Sarah Thomas becomes the first woman to help officiate a Miami Dolphins game.
“I think it’s big,” Dolphins safety Michael Thomas said. “It’s a huge breakthrough for any women who are looking for equality. Everybody needs to be out there respectful because she’s trying to get her job done as well. It won’t affect me either way, because I’m going to do my job, she’s going out there to do hers.
