Former Oakland Raider general manager Reggie McKenzie will not have to worry about anyone named Davis messing with his resume, he will be joining the Miami Dolphins. According to multiple reports including Joe Schad of the Palm Beach Post, Chris Grier has tabbed McKenzie as a senior personnel executive.
The Dolphins now have a guy in place who excels at evaluating pro-talent and a guy, Marvin Allen who excels at college talent evaluations. In the process of making over the Dolphins, Grier has aligned himself with some of the smartest and most respected personnel people in the game and no one is really talking about it.
