The Miami Dolphins were on the clock when suddenly the New Orleans Saints showed up in their place. Miami moves back from the 48th spot all the way back to the 62nd spot. While that in and of itself is not a big deal, the Dolphins will add a 2020 2nd round draft pick in addition to a sixth round pick this year. Selection 202.

Saints trade: Pick 62, 202 and a 2020 second round pick.

The Dolphins will give up their 4th round pick as well but they really coveted the extra 2nd round pick in 2020 where they are in better position to trade up or draft a top quarterback prospect.
