There are several new key faces on the Miami Dolphins offense this year, but the system itself isn’t new anymore. That combination is perhaps the biggest reason for optimism as the team goes through its first week of OTA sessions.
At this time last year, the Dolphins were going through a significant learning process after the arrival of new offensive coordinator Bill Lazor. This year it’s more about fine-tuning for players such as quarterback Ryan Tannehill, running back Lamar Miller, wide receiver Jarvis Landry, offensive linemen Mike Pouncey and Ja’Wuan James, and so many others.
