MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis track and field squad gets a little head start on the American Athletic Conference field Sunday when the Tigers compete in the 2019 South Alabama Jaguar Invitational, which is being held at the Birmingham Crossplex in Birmingham, Ala.
Sunday's meet starts at 12 p.m. (CT) and concludes by early evening.
The Birmingham Crossplex also is the site for the 2019 American Athletic Conference Championships Feb. 22-23. Memphis is one of two league teams that is competing in a meet at the site prior to the championships. USF is scheduled for the Samford Invitational Feb.
