MEMPHIS, Tenn. – University of Memphis guard has been named to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll for her play this past week. Williams led the Tigers to a 1-1 record this week while averaging 15.0 points per game. This is the first time in her career that she has been recognized by the American Athletic Conference for her on the court performance.
Against Northwestern State, Williams led all players on the floor with 16 points. She finished the night going 2-for-6 from beyond the arc and also was credited with two assists. The win against Northwestern State snapped a three-game skid for the Tigers.
