KNOXVILLE – The University of Memphis men's tennis team of and fell to the Indiana team of Sam Monette and Daniel Bednarczyk of Indiana in the semifinals of the ITA Ohio Valley Regionals, Sunday, 6-3, 6-2.
In the consolation A semifinals, freshman also saw his schedule come to a close with a 6-2, 6-1 loss to Bednarczyk, who had just defeated the Tigers' doubles team in that draw.
Memphis is done competing in collegiate tournament events for the fall, and will close out the fall slate playing in a USTA event in Birmingham, Ala.
