JONESBORO, Ark. – For the third time in as many meets this indoor season, University of Memphis' reset her school record in the women's weight throw. In Friday action at the A-State Invitational, McMiller surpassed her previous 66-5 (20.24m) school-record mark with a 66-11.25 (20.40m) effort.
McMiller initially claimed the school record in the event during the 2017-18 indoor season when she posted a 65-3.25 (19.89m) throw. Since then, she's reset the record three times in 2018-19. Her first record throw this season was 65-10.25 (20.07m) at the Dec. 1 Vanderbilt Opener. Then, last weekend, McMiller passed that mark with a 66-5 (20.
