MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Memphis Tigers Marie Levasseur and Valerie Sanderson have been called up to camp for the full Canadian Women's National Team. The team will convene in Los Angeles, Calif. for the first training camp of 2017 on January 20.
"Having two of our players called into full national team camp is a testament to not only those players, but also to the success of our program," Memphis head coach Brooks Monaghan said. "Marie and Valerie were a major part of the results we had this season. This is a great accomplishment for both of them and an honor for this university to have student-athletes represent their country.
