Saturday night, Mike Conley went to toe to with Kawhi Leonard. As Kobe stated, Mike Conley and Kawhi Leonard were in that “muse cage.”
Not sure what that means exactly, but if it’s coming from Kobe, we should assume it’s a good thing.
Leonard was amazing with 43 points, three assists, and eight rebounds, but Conley played just as well.
Mike finished the night with 35 points, nine assists, and eight rebounds while shooting 56.5 percent from the field and 50 percent from beyond the arc.
The man was hitting clutch shots all night. Kawhi, also known as The Robot who bleeds antifreeze, knocked down a fadeaway jumper to put the Spurs up 96-94.
