When the NBA schedule for the next season is released, NBA fans know the season is just that much closer.
For the fourth straight season, the Grizzlies will open up the season on their home court. The New Orleans Pelicans will be the Grizzlies’ first opponent on October 19th at the FedexForum. David Fizdale hopes to improve to 2-0 in season openers as a head coach. They’ll also play six of their first eight games at home.
It’ll be important for the Grizzlies to find their footing early, because the first quarter of the schedule will be tough.
