Grizzlies bounce back with win over Magic, 95-94

The Grizzlies overcame a 14-point fourth quarter deficit to defeat the Orlando Magic 95-94 Thursday night at FedExForum. The win extends Memphis’ home winning streak against Orlando to nine. Orlando hasn’t won in Memphis since January 23, 2008. It also gives the Grizzlies a 5-0 record on the second night of back-to-backs this season.

Tonight’s game also concluded a seven-game stretch that consisted solely of Eastern Conference opponents.

Down 85-71 with 6:12 remaining in the game, the Grizzlies went on a 13-0 run fueled by three Tony Allen steals to pull within one with 3:29 remaining. Orlando would eventually lead 94-90 with 59.
