Three-star Potomac RB Tayon Fleet-Davis commits to Maryland

A big recruiting weekend for Maryland continued Saturday afternoon when Potomac running back Tayon Fleet-Davis committed to the Terps, his high school team announced on Twitter.

Fleet-Davis is rated as a three-star running back by 247sports.com, Rivals.com and Scout.com. In the 247sports.com composite rankings, he's the No. 18 player in Maryland, No. 38 running back nationally and No. 676 overall player in the Class of 2017.

Fleet-Davis' commitment, which came hours after three-star Gonzaga center Johnny Jordan's and the day after North Carolina kicker Jonathan Doerer's, boosts the Terps' Class of 2017 to No.
