Maryland men’s lacrosse attacker Jared Bernhardt was named Big Ten Co-Offensive Player of the Week Tuesday.
This marks the third conference honor for Bernhardt this season. The Big Ten most recently named him Offensive Player of the Week two weeks ago.
Bernhardt put together a six-point performance on Saturday, scoring four goals and assisting two others during the Terps’ 13-9 win over Rutgers. With an impressive 154 career goals, Bernhardt is one goal shy of Matt Rambo’s 155 career goal record at Maryland.
Bernhardt adds this conference honor to a long list of career honors, including being a three-time Academic All-Big Ten in 2018, 2019 and 2020 as well as a 2020 Big Ten Medal of Honor Recipient.
