Maryland Football: Two Terps charged in BB gun incident

The Maryland football team are dealing with issue off the field in addition to on it.

On Wednesday, the College Park Police Department announced that running back Lorenzo Harrison and wideout D.J. Turner were charged in an incident that involved shooting BB guns on campus.

Harrison and Turner were charged with three counts of second-degree assault and three counts of reckless endangerment. The two were also charged with one count of violating Maryland ED-26-101, which prohibits attacks like this on campus property.
