Jeffery Pooler, a defensive lineman from Ohio, has decommitted from Maryland, announcing his decision to re-open his recruitment via Twitter on Monday night.
Pooler, a two-star recruit who plays at Dunbar High in Dayton, had vowed to help lure more prospects to Maryland after committing in May. He pledged the morning after the school snagged a commitment from Bullis quarterback Dwayne Haskins, who gave Pooler a platform to announce his decision while giving a radio interview with ESPN 980.
