The Marshall cross country will compete in four regular-season meets, as well as the Conference USA Championships and the Mid-Atlantic Regionals, the team announced Monday.
The slate begins on Sept. 1 at the Morehead State Eagle Opener in Morehead, Kentucky. The team then heads south for the Commodore Classic on Sept. 16 in Nashville, Tennessee. Marshall competes in the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational in South Bend, Indiana on Sept. 29, and concludes its regular season Oct. 13 at the VertCross Invitational hosted by High Point University in Kernersville, North Carolina.
The Conference USA Championships are hosted by Southern Miss in 2017, and will take place in Jackson, Mississippi, on Oct.
