As the Herd prepares for Thursday night’s Conference USA tournament quarterfinal game Thursday night, it has long since delivered a shock to league’s system. The 12-6 C-USA record is Marshall’s best conference record since the turn of the century, and the team is the highest-scoring in league history.
But you probably read and heard that a few dozen times by now. You know that MU has won like it hasn’t in several years and scored like its hasn’t in several decades.
