HUNTINGTON – Junior college transfer Dani Koljanin has officially joined the Thundering Herd for the 2017-18 season, head coach Dan D’Antoni announced on Tuesday, April 18. Koljanin, a native of Pula, Croatia, joins the Herd from Monroe College in New Rochelle, New York, will be eligible immediately and have two years remaining to play for the Herd.
“Koljanin closes out with what I believe is our best class since I’ve arrived on campus,” D’Antoni said. “People need to remember last year was what I considered year two for a five-year plan on building our program. We are excited with what Dani brings and we believe he is a great addition.
