It’s July, so that means we’re deep into the summer recruiting period, and that means it’s about time for news of Marquette scholarship offers to come rolling in. In this case, it was an offer to Class of 2019 power forward E.J. Liddell on Friday.
According to his 247 Sports page, Liddell stands 6’7” tall and weighs 220 pounds. The Illinois native is marked as a four-star prospect by the 247 Composite system, but he’s ranked #205 in the country in the class of 2019 at the moment. 247’s internal system ranks Liddell much higher at #142, but he’s only a three-star prospect from that point of view.
