Manchester United will review their security procedures at Old Trafford after three pitch invaders attempted to approach Cristiano Ronaldo during the Champions League group-stage defeat against Juventus, sources told ESPN FC.
United are waiting to hear whether they will be hit with a UEFA charge after three fans made it onto the pitch -- one during the game and two after the final whistle.
In the meantime, the club are set to hold an internal investigation to determine how the incidents happened.
Greater Manchester Police said a man in his 40s was arrested at Old Trafford on suspicion of pitch invasion and spent the night in custody.
