A loyal Manchester United steward who served at the club for 29 years was forced out after a hostess said he called her 'love'.
Vince Miller, 82, left after a hostess complained he put his arm around her at a match.
The beloved steward, whose son Danny plays Aaron Dingle in Emmerdale, was friends with Sir Alex Ferguson and popular with the star players.
He said he 'retired with dignity' from his role as compare in the club's corporate suites after the complaint in September.
