Former Manchester United player Liam Miller passes away aged 36 following battle with pancreatic cancer

Former Celtic and Manchester United midfielder Liam Miller has passed away aged 36 after a battle against pancreatic cancer.

It was revealed in November that Miller was suffering from the disease and he underwent treatment in America before returning home to Ireland to begin chemotherapy.

Miller began his career at Parkhead, scoring two goals in 26 appearances during the Martin O'Neill era before moving to Manchester United.
