Benfica boss Nelson Verissimo hopes that sale of Manchester United and Arsenal target Darwin Nunez would generate similar transfer fee to £113million Joao Felix transfer

Benfica caretaker manager Nelson Verissimo hopes that Darwin Nunez could generate a fee of over £100million if he is sold this summer.

Nunez is one of the most sought after players in world football, with the striker having scored 31 goals in 36 games this season for Benfica across all competitions this season.

It isn't guaranteed that Benfica will let Nunez leave this summer but if he does depart then they will be looking for a similar fee to the £113million that they received from Atletico Madrid for Joao Felix in 2019.
