Sinisa Mihajlovic refused to blame Joe Hart for the mistake on his debut which allowed Atalanta back into the game as they came from behind to beat Torino.
Former Spurs striker Iago Falque had fired the visitors ahead with a free-kick but Hart failed to claim a corner and Andrea Masiello equalised.
Franck Kessie won it with a late penalty, sending Hart the wrong way.
'I am not angry with Hart,' said Mihajlovic.
