The Premier League has appointed Kevin Friend to take charge of Monday night’s Wembley Stadium 8 pm fixture between Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City.

Born in Tottenham 47-years ago Leicester based and City supporter was promoted to the list of Select Group of Referee in 2009. In layman’s terms, it means he is qualified to take charge of English domestic football.
Almost seven years to the day Mr. Friend took charge of his first Tottenham game at White Hart Lane.
