Report: Man City eye 11 ‘long-term successors’ for Sergio Aguero but 98-goal man is ‘primary target’

Manchester City had Kylian Mbappe, Danny Ings, Patson Daka, Harry Kane, Darwin Nunez, Edin Dzeko, Romelu Lukaku, Ali Akman, Erling Haaland, Lautaro Martinez and Arek Milik on their list of potential ‘long-term successors’ for Sergio Aguero, but James Ducker of The Telegraph says Haaland is their ‘primary target’.

The 20-year-old is one of the most prolific strikers in Europe with 49 goals in 49 games for Borussia Dortmund (Transfermarkt) and has attracted interest from Real Madrid and Chelsea for his signature.
