Manchester United and City join together to give £1m to terror attack emergency fund

The two Manchester rivals have joined forces in pledging £1million to an emergency fund in the wake of Monday's terror attack.

Both United and City are exploring ways to further help those affected by events at the Manchester Arena - and that starts with a huge donation to the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund.

Wayne Rooney and Yaya Toure have both committed to giving £100,000 each after a bomb killed 22 people and injured 59 at the end of an Ariana Grande concert.
