Jarrius Robertson already has won the hearts of LSU football. Now, the young LSU fan has gained a new liver as he continues to battle a rare disease.
Robertson, a 15-year-old LSU “superfan,” underwent a long-awaited liver transplant Sunday, his father Jordy announced on Twitter.

The Advocate (Baton Rouge, La.) reported receiving a text message from Robertson’s father saying the next 48 hours are particularly important.
