Former LSU cornerback Patrick Peterson gave fans a new window into the weird and wild world of a punt returner – with a little help from technology.
Peterson, already established as both a smothering cornerback and an explosive punt returner for the NFL’s Arizona Cardinals, went through return drills as usual Tuesday. This time, though, he had a GoPro camera mounted to his helmet during the drills as he tried to gather flying footballs inside University of Phoenix Stadium. Coolness ensued.
The All-Pro attempted to catch six punts without dropping any as they hurtled through the air, which sounds simple.
