Les Miles says LSU freshman OG Toby Weathersby 'deserves to play'

LSU coach Les Miles acknowledged that Toby Weathersby has worked his way into the top six offensive linemen after he played in the past two games in place of Maea Teuhema.

Weathersby subbed in at right guard with Will Clapp moving to Teuhema's left guard slot against Florida and Western Kentucky. Josh Boutte began the season as the starting right guard but Teuhema moved past him and now, apparently, so has Weathersby.

"He's a good player," Miles said of Weathersby, a 6-feet-5, 292-pound freshman from Houston. "We enjoy the fact we can work guys like that in.
