LAFAYETTE – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns track and field team makes its final tuneup prior to next month's Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships when it travels to Baton Rouge on Saturday to compete in the five-team LSU Invitational at Bernie Moore Track Stadium.
Action begins with field events at 10 a.m., with running events starting at noon. Louisiana will join host LSU, Alabama, Akron and Ole Miss in the meet. Live results will be available at RaginCajuns.com.
Louisiana, which will next compete May 10-12 at the SBC Championships in Jonesboro, Ark., returns to Baton Rouge for the second consecutive week after competing at last week's LSU Alumni Gold.
