Louisiana Earns Split During First Day Of H-E-B Tournament Of Champions

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – Jamie Fraser claimed a pair of singles matches to extend his winning streak to eight and the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns men's tennis team earned a split during the first day of the 51st annual H-E-B Tournament of Champions on Friday.

Louisiana opened the day advancing to the semifinals with a 4-1 victory over Big East Conference member DePaul. In the nightcap, the Ragin' Cajuns dropped a 4-1 decision to top-seeded and No. 28-ranked South Alabama, 4-1.
