The LA Rams faced another offseason of looking for coaches to fill a number of vacant positions right now. All in all, the team filled over eight vacancies among various coaching positions. How did they do that? Well, the team was a bit creative and tapped into the NCAA for their new offensive line coach, Kevin Carberry.
