Lakers' Bryant out with sore shoulder vs. Nets

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. -- Los Angeles Lakers coach Byron Scott said Kobe Bryant will miss Tuesday's game against the Brooklyn Nets with a sore right shoulder.

"Tonight we're going to sit him down," Scott said Tuesday morning after Lakers shootaround. "But he's definitely going on the trip to Denver and he wants to play in Denver."

Bryant also sat out last Friday's 112-95 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies at Staples Center. He will fly with the team Tuesday night to Denver and Scott expects Bryant to play Wednesday in what will be Bryant's final game against the Denver Nuggets at the Pepsi Center.
