Clippers' DeAndre Jordan ready for Spurs' Hack-a-DJ strategy

LOS ANGELES >> Los Angeles Clippers center DeAndre Jordan shot a grand total of five free throws in the first games against the San Antonio Spurs this season, the Spurs winning two of those games. At that point, San Antonio coach Gregg Popovich had not deployed the Hack-a-DJ strategy.

But Popovich went whole hog in the fourth game between the teams, won 119-115 by the Clippers on Feb. 19. Jordan was hacked and hacked until he couldn’t be hacked anymore. Along the way, he made just 10 of 28 from the free-throw line.
