While many are waiting for the Los Angeles Lakers to possibly make another big trade, the team has already made one huge move. Last week the Lakers sent D’Angelo Russell and Timofey Mozgov to the Nets for Brook Lopez and the 27th pick in the draft.
Lopez is an extremely talented big man who will bring a lot to the Lakers especially on the offensive end. Lopez is also a local talent, growing up in North Hollywood.
On Wednesday the Lakers introduced their newest player, and Lopez called the chance to play for the purple and gold a dream come true according to Lakers Nation reporter Serena Winters:
