Kings make four total selections at the 2016 NHL Draft

The Kings opened day two of the draft by selecting defenseman Kale Clague from the Brandon Wheat Kings of the WHL in the second round (51st overall). Clague, a 6-0, 177-pound 18-year old (born June 5, 1998) native of Regina, Saskatchewan totaled 43 points (6-37=43), a plus-25 rating and 54 penalty minutes in 71 games last season with Brandon.
