With a new MLS season comes a new year of ExtraTime Radio, and there’s been some welcome changes. Now presented in a live Youtube format with a fresh new logo, hosts Matt Doyle, Andrew Wiebe, David Gass and Bobby Warshaw warm up for a few before diving into the first week of MLS action.
Up first on the agenda? Efraín Álvarez, the young LA Galaxy talent who had a sensational debut off the bench during LA’s opening season win over the Fire. A constant nuisance with his skillful decisive play, the 16-year old juked Aleksandar Katai out of his shoes before delivering the deftest of chips across the box to tally his first assist.
