Dodgers Sign Corey Brown, and Others To Minor League Deals

The Dodgers made a minor league addition on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Matt Eddy of Baseball America is reporting that the Dodgers have signed 30-year old outfielder Corey Brown to a minor league deal. The left handed hitting outfielder has seen limited MLB action over the course of his four year career.

Brown was originally drafted by the Athletics in the first round (59th overall pick) of the 2007 amateur draft. In 2010 the A’s traded Brown to Washington along with Henry Rodriguez for Josh Willingham.
