Monday lineups: Yasmani Grandal ready to start rehab assignment

LOS ANGELES -- Dodgers catcher Yasmani Grandal said he "pretty much passed all their tests" Sunday and is ready to start a minor-league injury-rehabilitation assignment.

Grandal was placed on the seven-day concussion DL after taking two blows to the head while catching Friday night's game against the San Diego Padres.

The plan is for Grandal to join Triple-A Oklahoma City in Salt Lake and play Tuesday through Thursday. The DH is used in games at Salt Lake and Grandal is not expected to catch in any of the games.

That puts Grandal on track to rejoin the Dodgers when he is eligible to come off the seven-day DL Saturday.
