Since the Dodgers announced their big three team trade yesterday involving the Braves and the Marlins, all the focus has been on Latos and Wood. But there was another player that came to the Dodgers who could end up being just as important. That player is Jose Peraza. Peraza, who is only 21 years old, was signed by the Braves out of Venezuela in 2010. He is currently in Triple-A and is hitting .294/.318/.379 with 10 doubles, 7 triples and 3 home runs in 96 games. He also appears to have some speed as he has 26 stolen bases this year to go along with 124 stolen bases over the last two seasons.
