Somehow the Clippers-Grizzlies rivalry has gotten more interesting.
First reported by Woj of Yahoo! Sports, the Charlotte Hornets have traded former Clippers forward Matt Barnes — moved to Charlotte alongside Spener Hawes less than two weeks ago in a trade for Lance Stephenson — to the Memphis Grizzlies for point guard Luke Ridnour, a player the Grizzlies acquired earlier this week from the Orlando Magic for an overseas prospect.
Memphis has agreed to trade Luke Ridnour to Charlotte for Matt Barnes, league sources tell Yahoo.
