Chargers position outlook 2016: Can George Stewart fix special teams woes?

SAN DIEGO -- For a second straight season, the Los Angeles Chargers ranked last in special teams as a unit, writes Rick Gosselin of the Dallas Morning News. It's one of the reasons new head coach Anthony Lynn hired George Stewart as the team's special-teams coordinator, the Chargers' third in three seasons. Stewart also will serve as assistant head coach.
