The Los Angeles Angels Have Three Potential Closers

The Los Angeles Angels pitching staff is kind of a mess. While they lacked serious depth last season, they’ve added some raw talent from the minors this past offseason. As a result, the Angels now have 12 pitchers in which to work with.

The starting pitchers are likely to be Garrett Richards, Matt Shoemaker, Tyler Skaggs, Ricky Nolasco, and Jesse Chavez. That’s not a terrible lineup on paper, although Richards’ health will be in question along with Skaggs.

The Angels are currently searching for their everyday second baseman who bats left.
