Angels' Taylor Featherston still in disbelief over glove incident a day later

SEATTLE – Taylor Featherston stood at his locker tugging at the strings of his glove on Monday, showing how tight it is, still unable to believe what had happened more than 24 hours earlier.

Featherston – or Featherston’s glove, to be exact – was at the center of what has to be one of the Angels’ most disheartening losses in years on Sunday.

Carlos Correa’s ground ball rocket, which was clocked at 110 mph off his bat, stuck in the pocket of Featherston’s glove with two outs in the ninth. Featherston couldn’t get it out in time.
