ARLINGTON, Texas -- After Saturday's miracle victory, the Angels still have a path to the playoffs on Sunday, the final day of the regular season.
But it won't be easy.
The Angels (85-76) need to beat the Texas Rangers in their noon PT game and the Houston Astros (86-75) need to lose to the Arizona Diamondbacks in their game, which starts at the same time.
If both those things happen, the Angels and Astros will play on Monday in Houston, with the winner advacing into the wild card game on Tuesday in New York.
